This adds a 1.0 version of the advanced client guide. It's quite a bit more complicated, since we need to construct a
SendRequestfor each request future to run them in parallel. I opted to create a utility function for creating the sender, as well as closures for creating requests and send_request futures, but there may be a cleaner way to do this.Addresses hyperium/hyper#3098
